First day of my new 10 K training plan-2 miles easy, 4×90 secs fast/ 3 mins slow and then 2 miles easy. Managed to complete it but it was harder than I thought. I am considering going to physio as my hamstring is stiffening up despite having 4 days off. It turns out my fast pace is just over eight minutes (8.15) a mile.
I've now planned it all out I have eight weeks to go before BUPA and six weeks to go before Silverstone.
