It was a nice sunny day so I took a chance and ran the 2.5miles to the gym... Quite hard as I think I have pulled my hamstring a bit but got there in the end, then did 400m warm down and 10mins I the bike.. Now ready for my pizza!!!! I am diving tomorrow and at excel all weekend do have a reasonable recovery time.. And now looking at doing the silverstone 10k in may.
