Been off for a couple of days with flu, but decided to pus myself to the gym.
Tried to take it easy, with 2m@11.15 and then some steps and a couple of miles of the bike but got seriously over heated. I didn't think I had a fever before I started, but I think I might have pushed it. Legs get ok apart from slight stiffness but head feels very very hot. Not a good session.
Still I have 9 weeks to go to BUPA so I'm going to start an 8 week training plan next week. Hopefully I have rwcovered by then.
