Running in the rain...again

Bit of a mixed up weekend today. Christmas party last night so no training, but felt the need to get out so dug out the plan from the runningschool, swapped my rest day with tomorrow as I know I'm out tomorrow, and did 40 minutes fast walk then 40 minutes run... in the rain. Hard work, windly and cold, but I managed it then - checked my plan when I got back and found I should have done 40 minutes run, then 40 minutes walk...doh!!
