A Mad mad mad day

I'd had a rather mad day today. Iv'e been running off and on for the past few months (mainly off I admin), so today I got up and entered the Moor Park 10K. not a bad idea you might suggest... but Its running this after noon!!
I'd post long and hard about the race, but all I can remember was that hill in the middle... and the finish line was a long way in the distance. Sill I wasn't last, I managed 1.07.04, placing me 602nd out of 691. Not great but something to reach for
