2.5 miles run to the gym, then 45 mins on various bikes, steppers, elipiticals and a 1000m row.... I feel good ... Now off to get a kebab!!! I run so I can eat a kebab!!! I need a kebab!!! Juicy kebab!!!! Tasty kebab....hmmmmm
