Back!!!

just had a week off training due to food poisoning, but had a good days diving yesterday, and woke up today thinking I need the gym.... Always a good sign!!

Have booked my place at the British 10k on July 8th so I now have 2 10ks to train for!! I'm also planning a 1/2 marathon in sept/oct but it depends on diving.

Going to run from work to the gym today, it's only 2.5miles, I can then have a warm down when I get there...:-)
