Gym

In the gym this afternoon as wifey wanted to go. Bit of everything 10m recumbant bike warmup, 1000m row @4.09, mile run at 9.45, steps, stepper and cross trainer, and to top it all a bit of weights... And im in the pool diving later... I'm gonna sleep well tonight!!
